Loved the free WiFi for all my Instagram updates, and the pool was perfect for my poolside selfies. The apartment had a washing machine - so handy for quickly getting rid of any wine stains from my lavish parties.

During my recent travels, I had the opportunity to stay at Cassia Residences By Laguna Phuket, albeit only for transit purposes. The location of the hotel proved to be extremely convenient, as it is situated just 19 km away from the nearest airport. This made my journey seamless and hassle-free, allowing me to relax and unwind before continuing my travels.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and there was a distinct lack of customer service. The apartment I was assigned to had a strong smell of mold, making it impossible for me and my baby to stay indoors without constant coughing.

There were also many transportation options available, such as the shuttle services to Patong and airport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice pool and quality finish in the apartment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful experience overall.

I recently stayed at Cassia Residences in Laguna and it was a fantastic experience. I stayed for a week and everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the facilities of Laguna, as well as shops and restaurants at Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. It was also just a 5-minute walk to the Family Market. The water shuttle to Bang Tao beach every 20 minutes was very convenient. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for my long stay. The room cleaning service once a week was a nice touch. The on-site parking and 24-hour security provided a sense of safety and security. Lastly, the pool was great and perfect for kids.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The room at Cassia Residences was amazing! The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment to be a bit lacking. But I understand that others might not mind and still enjoy their stay.
